• Waiting lists: your email address, the list you joined and your consent choice.
• Cookie choices: the preferences you save for necessary, preference, analytics and marketing technologies.
• Technical information: hosting and security providers may process information such as your IP address, browser, device, requested page and request time to deliver and protect the site.

This information comes directly from you when you submit a form, or from the technical providers that deliver and secure the website.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in a general enquiry unless it is necessary and we have agreed an appropriate way to share it.

Form submissions are sent to AquaCRM, the system used to organise enquiries and follow-up. AquaCRM does not receive information from a form until you choose to submit it.

Trusted providers may process information on my behalf, including Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for database and storage services, and Postmark for transactional email delivery. They may only use information to provide their contracted service and protect their systems.

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, I rely on the provider's appropriate legal safeguards for international transfers.

Necessary storage is used to remember your privacy choices and support core operation. Optional preference, analytics and marketing technologies remain off unless you allow them.

Analytics is configured not to record the values you type into forms. Form consent is separate from cookie consent. Use the Cookie settings button on this page at any time to change your choices.

General enquiries are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless the conversation becomes a customer relationship or a longer period is needed for legal reasons.

Waiting-list information is kept until you unsubscribe, the list is closed, or it is no longer needed. Contract, payment and accounting records may be kept for longer where the law requires it. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required.

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information. You may also object to certain uses and withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis.

You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing at any time.
